Delivery & Returns

For Organic Wool products, please note that the pillows and duvets are made-to-order. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. If you have ordered other Rise & Fall products, they will be dispatched within our regular delivery timeline. 

We offer delivery to the UK and Ireland. Delivery is Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays):

    • Standard delivery (2-3 working days): free for orders over £75.00 / £4.99 for orders less than £75.00
    • Express delivery - Order by 1pm (next working-day): available for £5.99. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday

 

For the EU, we charge a flat fee of £40 which includes shipping, all duty & all taxes. 

  

RETURNS

Rise & Fall accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products (with the exception of candles) for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Damaged or faulty products will be refunded in full or exchanged if a replacement product is available.
