You will get a full refund as long as it is unworn in original packaging. If you’d like an exchange, simply mention it when filling out the returns form.

We choose the very best, long lasting materials for our accessories. Italian leather is chosen because it ages beautifully. In fact, with the right care it can last for generations. We choose Mongolian cashmere for the same reason, it is beautifully soft but also durable. All our cashmere items are made by a leading manufacturer that is certified by the Good Cashmere Standard, Bluesign and Oekotex. And our cashmere goats are only combed in the spring, as they’re ready to shed their winter coats.
