Frequently Asked Questions

With difficult stains like mascara, makeup or tea you can pre-treat them with a little detergent. Rub it into the fabric with your fingers to let the detergent get to work for at least 5 minutes before you put the load on. You can also use a little bit of gentle soap or a tiny dot of washing up liquid for spot cleaning.

As with all of our cotton bed linen we recommend you wash your organic bed sheets weekly or, at the very least, every fortnight. Use a small amount of mild detergent and wash at 30℃ or 40℃ on a gentle cycle.

Line dry or pop your cotton bedding on a low to medium heat in the tumble dryer (except for your fitted sheets which will need to go on a low heat to protect the elasticated rubber on the inside corners).

All cotton bed linen can be ironed on a medium heat.
