UK DELIVERY
We offer delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery is Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

Our Organic Wool pillows and duvets are made-to-order. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. If you have ordered other Rise & Fall products, they will be dispatched within our regular delivery timeline.
UK RETURNS
We provide free returns on unworn, unwashed and undamaged products (with the exception of candles) for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Damaged or faulty products will be refunded in full or exchanged if a replacement product is available.
For Archive Sale products we offer free 14 day returns for UK customers. If products are received after this 14 day period we cannot process a refund.
Please note that items used for commercial purposes are not eligible for refunds.
It’s important to be aware that we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these criteria, and we will notify you via email before sending the product back.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
1. Start by filling out the returns form included in your order. Be sure to add a reason code, as it helps us understand your needs and contributes to our continuous improvement efforts.
2. Include the completed returns form in your parcel.
3. Attach the pre-printed returns label that is on the returns form to the package.
4. Drop off your parcel at the nearest Royal Mail Post Office or drop-off point (find the closest location on the Royal Mail website). Keep the receipt as proof of drop-off.
*Our Organic Wool products are made to order and follow a separate returns process. If you would like to return your Organic Wool product please contact [email protected] and we will assist you with your return.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?
Once your return order has been received, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card in a few days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are shipped by DHL International. Shipment charges will be added to your order once you complete your delivery address at checkout.

- EU - £30.00
- Switzerland - £30.00
- Australia/New Zealand - £40.00
- USA - $35.00
Your EU/International delivery may be subject to import duties & customs charges depending on your location. These charges will be included in your final price at checkout. No further charges will be required when your order is entering your delivery country.
You will receive your order 3-10 business days from dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We offer the same returns policy to our international customers, although you will need to cover the cost of returns postage.
