What is the most luxurious type of bedding?
It is widely thought that Egyptian cotton, Supima® cotton, silk, linen and TENCEL™ are among the best quality bedding fabrics. With so much choice on the market we advise to go for natural materials with a thread count of 200 - 600 and opt for longer fibres which are softer and more durable. That is why we love our extra long staple cotton bed sheets and flax linen bed sheets.
How often should you change your bedding?
To keep your bed feeling fresh we recommend washing your bed linen every one to two weeks on a gentle 40 degree cycle.
How do I keep my bedding fresh in between washes?
Here are our top tips to keep your bedding feeling fresh: Wash your bedding on a regular basis Hang your bedding up to dry as soon a possible. Use a clothes airer or, better still, a washing line. This allows air to naturally circulate through the fibres. Ensure they dry thoroughly Use drawer liners to keep your linen smelling fresh.
