  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.

How does it wash?
Hello Monica, Merino wool is machine washable, making it convenient for your routine. When washing, use a delicate, wool, or hand wash cycle with a temperature of no more than 30°C. It's advisable to turn your Merino wool items inside out to prevent pilling or snagging. For added protection, place them in a mesh laundry bag. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can affect the natural properties of the wool. When drying, only spin-dry your knitwear on a short or very low spin cycle. Alternatively, lay your Merino wool pieces flat on a towel, reshaping them to their original form. Avoid hanging, as the weight of wet wool can cause stretching.
