UK Delivery & Returns

• Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
• Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
• Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

Please note: Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, under the same condition requirements.

US, Australia & New Zealand Delivery & Returns

All prices include duties and taxes, as we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means there are no additional fees or surprise costs upon delivery.

All orders ship with DHL Express. Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

• United States: DHL Express (4–6 working days) — USD $8 shipping, free over USD $100.
• Australia & New Zealand: DHL Express (5–7 working days) — AUD/NZD $15 shipping, free over AUD/NZD $250.
