Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Returns are free from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.

Lovely quality but not sure

"Lovely quality but not sure worth nearly £200 for my set. Although the sheet said for a deep mattress we struggled to get it on and as it is cotton will it shrink over time? Had to spend 30 minutes to iron just the duvet cover as it was so wrinkled after drying. Not sure unfortunately."
