  • Royal Mail Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99; free on orders of £75 or more.
  • Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.99.
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £6.99.
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £8.99.

Choose Express before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery times include preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International delivery

For the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

  • FedEx Standard: 5–8 working days.
  • DHL Express: 3–5 working days.

You’ll find delivery charges at checkout. For all other destinations, checkout shows the available services, delivery times and charges.

Duties and taxes are included in product prices for USA orders. For other countries, they’re added at checkout so you can see the total before you order.

Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Eligible UK returns are free with the prepaid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.

Returns are also free from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man and Channel Islands when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

For any international return, please email info@riseandfall.co before posting so we can help with the correct instructions and a label where available.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.

"Lovely quality but not sure worth nearly £200 for my set. Although the sheet said for a deep mattress we struggled to get it on and as it is cotton will it shrink over time? Had to spend 30 minutes to iron just the duvet cover as it was so wrinkled after drying. Not sure unfortunately."

Hi Aniela, our sheets don’t use the easy-iron chemicals that some other manufacturers rely on, so ironing may not be as easy the first few times. However, the more you live in them and wash them, the better and softer the extra-long staple cotton will get
What are the dimensions of the pillowcase? And how many pillowcases are included in the single set?
