Made with 100% GOTS organic cotton, our poplin trousers are lightweight but crisp, cut with a straight leg, a mid-rise waist and are tailored to full length for a comfortable fit and easy movement. They’re woven in a crisp sateen weave for a smooth feel and subtle sheen, and finished with an elasticated waist and slant pockets. Wear with the matching shirt for an effortless look.

Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

  • Royal Mail Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99; free on orders of £75 or more.
  • Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.99.
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £6.99.
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £8.99.

Choose Express before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery times include preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International delivery

For the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

  • FedEx Standard: 5–8 working days.
  • DHL Express: 3–5 working days.

You’ll find delivery charges at checkout. For all other destinations, checkout shows the available services, delivery times and charges.

Duties and taxes are included in product prices for USA orders. For other countries, they’re added at checkout so you can see the total before you order.

Ordering a pre-order item? You’ll find its expected dispatch date in your order confirmation email.

Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Eligible UK returns are free with the prepaid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.

Returns are also free from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man and Channel Islands when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

For any international return, please email info@riseandfall.co before posting so we can help with the correct instructions and a label where available.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.

Smart comfy trousers

"Super lightweight comfy fabric. Surprisingly smart for elastic waist trousers. Didn’t like the logo at the front but I rarely wear tops tucked in so it wouldn’t be visible. I have decided to tailor the legs in slightly as they looked a bit wide on me."

Might work if you’re the right shape

"They’d work if you’re very slim, but did not sit well, or hang well, or have any shape for me. I’m afraid they felt like old lady trousers. The material was lovely, so maybe some tapering, or slight tailoring would help, I was looking for something for a hot tropical country."
