UK DELIVERY & RETURNS

UK Delivery

• Schedule: Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
• Express Note: Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday.

UK Returns

• Policy: Returns must be made within 30 days (14 days for sale items). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
• Exclusions: Candles, "Final Sale" items, and items used for commercial purposes are not eligible for return.
• Cost: FREE for all UK customers.
• How to Return:
  1. Fill out the returns form included in your original package.
  2. Affix the pre-printed Royal Mail label to your parcel.
  3. Drop off at any Royal Mail Post Office and keep your receipt.
  4. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of arrival.

US, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Delivery Information

We ship all orders via DHL Express on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout—no surprise fees on delivery.

Returns Information

• Policy: 30-day return window. Apparel must be unworn with tags attached.
• Bedding: Must be unused. If the packaging has been opened, we will request a photo to confirm condition before approving the return.
• Cost: A $10 fee (in your local currency) is deducted from your refund for "change of mind" returns. This fee is waived if the item is faulty.
• How to Return:
  1. Email info@riseandfall.co with your order number.
  2. Please include a photo of the item and tags (and the fault, if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid, tracked shipping label.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

EU, Switzerland, Channel Islands & Rest of World

International Delivery

We use DHL and Landmark International. All import duties and customs charges are calculated and paid at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.

International Returns

• Policy: 30-day window for unworn, unwashed items with tags.
• Cost: International customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
• How to Return:
  1. Securely pack your items and include your original returns form.
  2. Ship to: Torque, Standbridge Ln, Kettlethorpe, Crigglestone, Wakefield, WF2 7YY, United Kingdom.
  3. Email your proof of postage to info@riseandfall.co.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
