Caring for your Rise & Fall dresses and skirts is simple, ensuring they remain beautiful for years to come. Our Easy-Silk pieces are machine-washable for ease, offering true low maintenance luxury. To care for your Easy-Silk items, wash them on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colours, turning them inside out before washing. Dry away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid tumble drying or bleaching.

For our Future Linen products, we take pride in not using harsh chemicals during production. Due to the natural characteristics of linen and TENCEL™ Lyocell, some colour loss may occur in darker shades like black and umber. To prolong the life of your Future Linen items, we recommend hand washing them. This gentle care routine will help maintain the luxurious feel and durability of your garments. Dry away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid tumble drying or bleaching.

We provide free returns on unworn, unwashed and undamaged products (with the exception of candles) for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags and labels attached. It's important to be aware that we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these criteria, and we will notify you via email before sending the product back.

For Archive Sale products we offer free 14 day returns for UK customers. If products are received after this 14 day period we cannot process a refund.
