Single-estate and cold-pressed within the hour: A materially better olive oil, from grove to glass.

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Fresh and complex, with notes of tomato leaf, green olive, fresh grass finish with hints of apple and almond. A gently bitter start gives way to a peppery finish–clean, lingering, and full of character.

HOW TO USE: Best enjoyed raw. Drizzle over vegetables, salads, fish, grains, or even chocolate. Its depth of flavour and high polyphenol count make it ideal for finishing dishes, rather than cooking at high heat.

PROVENANCE: Grown and cold-pressed on a certified organic estate in Andalucía, Spain by one of the country’s most awarded producers. Olives are harvested early in the season, while still green, to maximise polyphenol levels and preserve flavour. Pressed within one hour then bottled with care.

PACKAGING & STORAGE: Ships in a protective box for gifting or reuse. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

INGREDIENTS: 100% Super Category Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

OLIVE VARIETY: Hojiblanca. Polyphenol content >500mg/kg (553mg at bottling, December 2025)–levels decrease naturally over time.

• Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
• Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
• Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

All prices include duties and taxes, as we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means there are no additional fees or surprise costs upon delivery.

All orders ship with DHL Express. Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
