For British Wool products, note that pillows and duvets are made-to-order with an expected delivery time of up to 7 working days. If other Rise & Fall products are ordered, they will be dispatched within our regular delivery timeline.

• Express: Not available; products are made-to-order.
• Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Please contact us here to start a return.
