Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email info@riseandfall.co as soon as you can and we will do our best to make any changes. However, we are really quick at packing your order which means we often can't make any changes once you've placed the order. This includes canceling or amending any orders once placed. How can I change my shipping address?
Please email info@riseandfall.co as soon as you can and we will do our best to make any changes. However, we are really quick at packing your order which means we often can't make any changes once you've placed the order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. If the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. For us to be able to re-send the order to you, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery, as we do not receive notifications from the delivery service.
An item in my Rise & Fall order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We are really sorry if you have received a damaged item. Please contact our customer service team at info@riseandfall.co with your name, order number, the name of the product and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll respond as soon as we can!
I am missing an item in my Rise & Fall order
We are really sorry if there is an item missing from your order. Please contact our customer service team at info@riseandfall.co and we will do our best to help you.
A product in my Rise & Fall order is wrong
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please email our customer service at info@riseandfall.co with the name of the product you’re missing and we’ll either refund you or organise a product exchange.
