UK Delivery & Returns

  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

We ship all orders via DHL Express and FedEx on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. All orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Cardigan is nice - experience not so much

"It's a very nice cardigan but heavier than expected. It felt quite dusty and unplesant for my husband to try on because it arrived loose in an oversized box with a few other items (it was a paticularly dusty box). I returned it following their instructions but it's been 16 days and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've tried to contact customer services today but they have a system where you have to wait for them to email you before you let cna communicate the problem. So I'm waiting for this email. Buy with caution as its an energy and time waste otherwise and takes away the pleasure of treating yourself to some nice new things."
