UK Delivery & Returns

  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

Please note: Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, under the same condition requirements.



US, Australia & New Zealand Delivery & Returns

We ship all orders via DHL Express and FedEx on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. All orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

  • Standard: 5–8 Working Days — Free over $200 (or $15)
  • Express: 3–5 Working Days — $20

Love this beach bag. Very

"Love this beach bag. Very strong and robust. Great size. I would not initially have chosen this strong colour way (orange, aubergine mix) but I was wrong. The colour enables me to happily use it whether travelling into London for work or shopping at the supermarket. It hasn’t had a trip to the beach yet. I love Rise & Fall. In a world where products are cheaply constructed Rise & Fall are provided top quality products and excellent customer support."
