  • Royal Mail Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99; free on orders of £75 or more.
  • Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.99.
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £6.99.
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £8.99.

Choose Express before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery times include preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International delivery

For the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

  • FedEx Standard: 5–8 working days.
  • DHL Express: 3–5 working days.

You’ll find delivery charges at checkout. For all other destinations, checkout shows the available services, delivery times and charges.

Duties and taxes are included in product prices for USA orders. For other countries, they’re added at checkout so you can see the total before you order.

Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Eligible UK returns are free with the prepaid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.

Returns are also free from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man and Channel Islands when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

For any international return, please email info@riseandfall.co before posting so we can help with the correct instructions and a label where available.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.

Q&A

I prefer flat to fitted so want to use this on the mattress. Is it big enough or should I go up a size? Looking for a king size bed.

I see you have fitted bottom sheets in EU double size, but you don't appear to have top flat sheets in the same size?
Hi Sally, Thanks for highlighting this, due to the lack of demand for EU sized flat sheets we discontinued these products. We highly recommend purchasing a UK sheet, as the difference is only minimal.
WhAt are the washing instructions including drying and ironing Do the sheets crease up and are they difficult to iron?
We recommend washing your sheets every week or two, and they’ll get softer and softer after each wash. Wash on a cool or warm cycle - we recommend washing at 30 degrees, for the product lifecycle but also for sustainability reasons. Tumble dry on low to medium heat. We recommend removing the sheets from the dryer 5 minutes before the cycle ends and hang drying to finish. This will keep them from wrinkling.
