Can I still buy your products without being a member?
Rise & Fall is a members-only buyers club. We source, design and develop the highest quality goods, in partnership with the same manufacturers who make for luxury brands, and offer them to our members at prices without luxury mark-ups. Prices are typically 60-80% less than luxury brands for the same or better quality products.
What is the money back guarantee?
We want all of our members to love their memberships as much as we love developing the products on sale. If you place your first order and decide it's not for you, for whatever reason, we'll refund your membership in full. No questions asked. Just reach out to us at info@riseandfall.co
What products will be available?
We currently have over 500 products made from the highest quality raw materials and by the same manufacturers who make for all the luxury brands. From bedroom to bathroom to your wardrobe and accessories, we've got you covered! Product categories include: bedding, throws, blankets, towels, candles, cashmere apparel, cotton apparel, leather bags, leather accessories. We will be launching new products every month.
What is your returns policy?
Rise & Fall accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products (with the exception of candles) for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. If your product is damaged or faulty, please let us know. We will assist you in getting an immediate replacement if one is still available. All original packaging, including cotton drawstring bags and tags must be included with the return We hold the right to refuse items which do not meet these standards.
How do I make a return?

Where is my order?
After an order is placed, you can expect to receive a few different updates: 1) When R&F has received the order 2) When the order ships from our warehouse 3) When you can expect to receive your order. If you have placed an order and have not received any updates, or 10 days has passed since your order date, please let us know. Our Customer Experience team will be happy to help! For made-to-order items (organic wool), please allow up to 10 days.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland, but we do hope to expand in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer delivery to the UK and Ireland. Delivery is Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). We offer two options for shipping: standard and express. Standard delivery (2-3 working days) is free on orders over £50 or £4.99 for orders less than £50. Express delivery is available for a flat fee of £5.99 if you order by 1pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. For the EU, we charge a flat fee of £40 which includes shipping, all duty & all taxes.
