UK Delivery & Returns

• Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
• Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
• Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

During our Black Friday sale period, we’ve extended our returns window to 60 days from the date of receipt. We offer free returns on unused, unwashed and undamaged products. See our returns policy for details.

US, Australia & New Zealand Delivery & Returns

All prices include duties and taxes, as we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means there are no additional fees or surprise costs upon delivery.

All orders ship with DHL Express. Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

• United States: DHL Express (4–6 working days) — USD $8 shipping, free over USD $100.
• Australia & New Zealand: DHL Express (5–7 working days) — AUD/NZD $15 shipping, free over AUD/NZD $250.
