- How can we judge soft/medium/firm? Are these qualities in wool Pillows similar to pillows of other fillings? Although reading on as side sleepers firm would be our best option?
- Hi Penelope, There are three types of pillows: firm, medium & soft. 90% of people prefer soft or medium. The firm pillows are very compact and are mostly used as an extra pillow for support if you want to ‘half sit up’ in bed and read. Medium is for people who want a little bit of extra height & support, or if you sleep exclusively on your side. Soft is good if you sleep on your back, but also side if you prefer a lower pillow. If you snore, soft is your best bet. We hope this is helpful!
