UK Delivery & Returns

For British Wool products, note that pillows and duvets are made-to-order with an expected delivery time of up to 7 working days. If other Rise & Fall products are ordered, they will be dispatched within our regular delivery timeline.

• Standard (5-7 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
• Express: Not available; products are made-to-order.
• Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

During our Black Friday sale period, we’ve extended our returns window to 60 days from the date of receipt.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Please contact us here to start a return.
