Comfort Levels:

Soft for a lower loft and gentler feel.

Medium for balanced everyday comfort.

COMPOSITION: Filling - 100% British wool (1,000 GSM), Outer shell - 100% organic cotton (233 thread count and 140 GSM).

FILL WEIGHT: Soft (800 GSM), Medium (1,000 GSM), Firm (1,200 GSM).

CERTIFICATES: OEKO-TEXO® Standard 100 (Cert. No. 20.HIN.16812, HOHENSTEIN) and British Wool certified with full traceability to the source farm.

STORAGE: Packed in an organic cotton zip bag - keep it dust free when not in use.

UK delivery

  • Royal Mail Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99; free on orders of £75 or more.
  • Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.99.
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £6.99.
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £8.99.

Choose Express before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery times include preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International delivery

For the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

  • FedEx Standard: 5–8 working days.
  • DHL Express: 3–5 working days.

You’ll find delivery charges at checkout. For all other destinations, checkout shows the available services, delivery times and charges.

Duties and taxes are included in product prices for USA orders. For other countries, they’re added at checkout so you can see the total before you order.

Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Eligible UK returns are free with the prepaid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.

Returns are also free from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man and Channel Islands when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

For any international return, please email info@riseandfall.co before posting so we can help with the correct instructions and a label where available.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.

How can we judge soft/medium/firm? Are these qualities in wool Pillows similar to pillows of other fillings? Although reading on as side sleepers firm would be our best option?
Hi Penelope, There are three types of pillows: firm, medium & soft. 90% of people prefer soft or medium. The firm pillows are very compact and are mostly used as an extra pillow for support if you want to ‘half sit up’ in bed and read. Medium is for people who want a little bit of extra height & support, or if you sleep exclusively on your side. Soft is good if you sleep on your back, but also side if you prefer a lower pillow. If you snore, soft is your best bet. We hope this is helpful!
