About

Our Duck Down Pillow combines the softness of Down with the support of Feather. An outer layer of White Duck Down gives a soft, comfortable surface, while a White Duck Feather inner core provides structure and helps the pillow hold its shape through the night. A construction often found in luxury hotels. Available in Soft, Medium and Firm.

MATERIAL: 233TC Cotton shell, with an outer layer of 100% White Duck Down and an inner core of 100% White Duck Feather.

SIZE: Standard 50x70cm. Super King 50x90cm. Fits our Standard and Super King pillowcases.

CERTIFICATIONS: OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certified. Responsible Down Standard (RDS) Certified Down and Feather.

Care

Respect and care for this quality item to ensure its longevity:

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, in a large capacity machine.

Remove any excess water before drying.

Never leave damp or wet at any point during laundering.

Tumble dry on a cool heat until completely dry.

Do not dry clean.

Shake and re-fluff daily.

Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

  • Royal Mail Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99; free on orders of £75 or more.
  • Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.99.
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £6.99.
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £8.99.

Choose Express before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery times include preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International delivery

For the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

  • FedEx Standard: 5–8 working days.
  • DHL Express: 3–5 working days.

You’ll find delivery charges at checkout. For all other destinations, checkout shows the available services, delivery times and charges.

Duties and taxes are included in product prices for USA orders. For other countries, they’re added at checkout so you can see the total before you order.

Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Eligible UK returns are free with the prepaid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.

Returns are also free from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man and Channel Islands when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

For any international return, please email info@riseandfall.co before posting so we can help with the correct instructions and a label where available.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.
