  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

We ship all orders via DHL Express and FedEx on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. All orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

"Nice material but this didn’t suit me super well. It was very tight. On me, it often sticks up like a gnome hat! I’d like a slouchy beanie in the same soft and thinner material as the scarf. I have a beanie from Brora that’s perfect. This colour is good for me though."
