UK Delivery & Returns

  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

"I love rise and fall but was disappointed by this jumper. When it said finest I thought it would be lightweight. The jumper was of course excellent quality but not what I was looking for. This is something that I think is missing from the range- a really fine cashmere that you can wear under a blazer for work or on its own- possibly even a silk and cashmere mix."
