UK Delivery & Returns

  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

"This item is such beautiful quality. I ordered it by mistake thinking it was cashmere and initially tried to cancel the order before it could be sent out but the warehouse had already dispatched it customer services informed me in a very helpful and friendly response email. When it arrived I thought it was worth just seeing if it was something I wanted to keep and I immediately knew my husband would love it and that actually it not being cashmere didn’t matter as the quality of the merino was so fantastic. Needless to say when my husband opened it on Christmas morning he was extremely happy. The colour is really lovely too."
