  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

"The quality of the jumper is not what I expected for the price - too light, weak cuffs, generally feels a bit cheap. The jumper was produced in China which was also a surprise. I would expect R&F to be using mills in the UK/Europe. I’ve kept the jumper, but I am now a bit concerned about the quality of R&F products in general. We’ve purchased a lot of clothing and sheets over the years, but now worry that the general quality of the company's is deteriorating. I guess I will only know in time whether this jumper holds up."
