A small ritual. Our candle snuffer is made from 304-grade Stainless Steel in a brushed finish, rust resistant and durable, with a long, rounded handle for comfort and ease. A snuffer cuts off oxygen cleanly, preventing excess smoke and soot. This keeps the wax clean, preserves the scent of your candle and protects the wick, so it burns more evenly the next time it's lit. Designed for any candle, from scented to tapered.

Care

Respect and care for this quality item to ensure its longevity:

Place over the flame and hold above the surface of the wax until the flame is extinguished. Do not submerge in melted wax.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

  • Royal Mail Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99; free on orders of £75 or more.
  • Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.99.
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £6.99.
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £8.99.

Choose Express before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery times include preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International delivery

For the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

  • FedEx Standard: 5–8 working days.
  • DHL Express: 3–5 working days.

You’ll find delivery charges at checkout. For all other destinations, checkout shows the available services, delivery times and charges.

Duties and taxes are included in product prices for USA orders. For other countries, they’re added at checkout so you can see the total before you order.

Ordering a pre-order item? You’ll find its expected dispatch date in your order confirmation email.

Returns

More time for festive returns. Orders placed between 27 October and 25 December 2026 inclusive have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items. This includes sale purchases and applies wherever we ship.

You’re welcome to try clothing on to check the fit. Please return items unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Bed linen, duvets and pillows must be unused and unwashed for a change-of-mind return.

Eligible UK returns are free with the prepaid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.

Returns are also free from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man and Channel Islands when you use the prepaid label we provide. For other international destinations, you’ll need to arrange and pay for return postage.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us so we can put it right.
