  • Standard (2–3 working days): Free for orders over £75, £4.99 for orders under £75.
  • Express (1–2 working days): Starts at £5.99. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. See our returns policy for details.

"The jumpers are very good value because the cashmere is high quality and very comfortable. There is a lack of any design fatures but that's not very important. The issue I have had is with the sizes. I always wear XL but the jumper was far too big and I returned that and bought an L which really is stil too large but acceptable. The mid weight crew neck in L is a perfect?"
