"The sweater itself was lovely BUT it took me 3 orders to receive the correct colour! First 2 it came in cream even though order was clearly for indigo. I had to trudge up the post office TWICE to return wrong sweater! Customer service was slow and not helpful at all. I received an apology but no incentive to buy again from yourselves. Have a look at a company called Palome you could learn from them."
