Returns & Exchanges
- What is your returns policy?
Rise & Fall accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products (with the exception of candles) for a full refund within 30-days of receiving the original purchase. If your product is damaged or faulty, please let us know. We will assist you in getting an immediate replacement if one is still available. All original packaging, including all tags must be included with the return We hold the right to refuse items which do not meet these standards.
- How do I make a return?
Contact our customer team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the return shipping and send you a pre-paid shipping label.
- How long does it take to make a return?
You should expect a refund within 10 days after posting the return. If you still haven't heard back from us, please email us at email@example.com and our team will help you.
- How do exchanges work?
We currently do not offer exchanges. To receive your new item, we recommend requesting a return at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund and placing a new order.
